The Aerial Academy has been formed by operators from three existing commercial drone operators from the UK:
Elliott Corke from HexCam
Jonathan Carter from Rotarama
Ben Kenobi from Rogue State Media
The Aerial Academy is the first UK operation to receive Civil Aviation Authority restricted NQE status. This means we can offer flight assessments if people already have a recognised manned aviation qualification. The list of accepted qualifications is on page 20 of CAA Information Notice IN-2015/008.
